Oversee the preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, forecasts, and annual budgets. Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities. Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities including budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. Analyze the financial details of operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed. Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions. Conduct audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes. Oversee the investment of funds, as well as accounting, billing, collections and payroll activities. Maintain current knowledge of special tax laws and regulations. Requires Master’s degree in Business Administration and 2 years’ experience in the job offered. Verifiable references.
